This seminar will address online and social media marketing strategies aimed toward the NEW client of today, discussing the steps of the perfect client consultation, and up-to-date product recommendations for every stage of hair loss.
Diana Ford - Education Manager
Diana Ford has been in the beauty industry since 2001, and worked as a full-time cosmetologist until 2010, when she joined the Jon Renau Team. Her journey in the alternative hair industry began as a Customer Service Specialist with Jon Renau, where she assisted the Sales Team as well as customers. She transitioned into the Hair Replacement Division, working with Hair Replacement centers and custom ordering. Education has always been a huge passion and driving force for her, so naturally she moved into the developing Education Department in 2012. As Education Manager, Diana continues to head the Education Department alongside the Jon Renau Creative Team to become the education leaders in the industry. Some of her personal passions and interests are travelling, cooking, and most importantly, supporting her favorite charity, Children With Hair Loss.
Emily Buckwalter - Education Coordinator
Emily Buckwalter became a licensed cosmetologist in 2011 and worked behind the chair until 2012 when she joined the Jon Renau team as a customer service specialist. In 2013 she was given the opportunity to move into sales and became a Regional Account Manager for the southern territories. Education has always been a passion of Emily’s and in 2015 when the position of Education Coordinator became available; she jumped on the opportunity to join the Education Department. Emily is the educator for all internal education at Jon Renau including CORE Culture; a monthly education meeting conducted for our sales team which includes hand-on demonstrations and intensive product knowledge. In her spare time, Emily loves going to music shows to support her husband and spending time their son.
